In 2013, I was in the thick of overthinking, constant worry, and battling OCD. My mind was racing, and I had no clue how to calm it. What I didn’t realize was that my gut was just as unsettled as my thoughts. I wasn’t eating the right foods, and my emotions were out of control. I felt trapped, with no clear way to turn it around.

Then everything changed. I decided to dive into a gut detox, making small but powerful changes to my diet and incorporating a range of herbs designed to reset and heal my gut. In just 10 days, I felt a shift I never thought possible—my mind was clearer, my anxiety eased, and I had control over my thoughts again.

Since then, I've discovered more tools that continue to help me feel better. After losing my brother to mental health struggles, I made it my mission to help others feel better, too.
